HB101 is a hospitality training initiative built for the Kenyan industry — from choma joints to boutique hotels. Every module is designed around real teams, tight budgets and the daily chaos of service in Kenya.

Led by Kagz, a Swiss-trained chef and hospitality business strategist, and delivered alongside top industry experts (including sommeliers, chef-owners, baking and pastry specialists, and seasoned hospitality trainers), HB101 bridges classroom learning with real-world experience.

After founding and growing the popular Moov Café & Bistro into a Nairobi favorite, Kagz went on to support cafés, restaurants, and hotels across Kenya — from Nairobi and Nyahururu to Kilifi, Mombasa, and Lamu.

Through JNSN Hospitality Partners, the HB101 team focuses on building strong systems, training people and turning chaos into consistency and profit— one business at a time.
